Agricultural Training

Back to our Roots.

At Each1 Teach1 of Arkansas, we are dedicated to helping our community get back to its roots literally. Our Urban Agriculture program is all about teaching people how to grow and cultivate their own food, whether they have ten acres of land or just a front porch. We believe that learning to grow your own food is not only empowering but life changing. By showing both kids and adults how easy and rewarding it is to garden, we aim to shift eating habits, improve health, and promote self sufficiency. It’s more than just planting seeds—it’s planting a new way of living.

Community Garden & Chicken Run

  • A shared space where neighbors come together to grow fresh produce, learn sustainable gardening practices, and foster community connections. Whether it’s a small plot or a group effort, our garden is about empowering people to take control of their food sources.
  • Our hands-on chicken coop program teaches the basics of poultry care, egg production, and sustainable farming. It’s a great way for individuals and families to add protein to their diets while learning about animal husbandry and sustainability.

Promoting Positivity Porch Rehab Program

  • A community initiative focused on transforming porches into productive spaces for growing food. We help individuals turn underutilized spaces into vibrant, green areas that provide access to fresh, homegrown food and foster positive neighborhood engagement.

Large-Scale Farming Operations

  • We are committed to demonstrating sustainable agriculture on a larger scale. Our farm operations focus on growing nutrient-rich produce while using eco-friendly practices that benefit both the environment and the community. The farm serves as a model for larger-scale food production and youth education in agriculture.
